The tastefully furnished and spacious lounge has superb views across the bay. There is TV and Video. There is dining seating for six. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge, dish washer, washing machine and a full range of utensils.
It has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and views across the bay, the second bedroom has twin beds and a vanity unit, the third bedroom has twin beds. The apartment has full central heating which with the gas and electricity is included. Linen and towels are supplied.

Superb apartment with glorious views over Looe Bay towards Whitsand Bay, Rame Head and Plymouth.
The comfortable sitting dinning room has TV with DVD player and stereo. It enjoys thesame views over Looe Bay. French doors lead to the balcony which has table and chairs. There are two bedrooms , one with twin beds and the main bedroom with double bed and TV.
The large bathroom has a large corner bath, seperate shower, wash basin and toilet. the apartment has its own parking space at the front of the building, there is also a rear patio and clothes drying facility. All linen and towels are provided; heating and electricity is also included
